2. Reservation and legal verification of ownership
Once the property is chosen, the legal process begins. In collaboration with the law firm The Lawyerswe guarantee your legal security:
- signature of the reservation contract (usually a deposit of between 6,000 and 10,000 €),
- conducting the due diligence – we check the ownership, possible encumbrances, urban situation and taxes;
- obtaining the NIE number – identification number for foreigners, mandatory to buy in Spain.

3. Signing of the earnest money contract
